This Privacy Policy explains the practices I follow when I collect, store, use, and disclose your information. If I have a current email address for you, I will notify you when I revise this policy. Please review it and contact me if you have any questions.

This Policy covers the confidential information you provide to me so that I can help you. I will only use your information to help you as you request. I will protect it with the same care I which I give to my own confidential information, following the practices recommended by information security professionals.

Your confidential information includes how to contact you, your availability, information about your computers and devices and the software running on them, what you use you use them for, the processes and procedures you follow, your personal or professional information stored on them, and problems or issues you have.

This policy also covers confidential information unnecessary for my work that I may be exposed to as I help you. I will not record or store that information.

Your confidential information does not include information I had or knew before you contacted me, information made public through no wrongful act of mine, information that I receive legally from other sources, information which you give me prior permission to disclose, or information which I use for my accounts and to manage my business.

I will not disclose your confidential information to anyone else without your prior consent with two exceptions. (1) In the event of your incapacity or death, I may share your information with the person(s) responsible for managing your affairs. (2) If I am required by law, regulation, or court order to disclose any of your information, I will notify you in writing beforehand (unless prohibited by law) to give you the opportunity to seek an appropriate remedy.

I will notify you as soon as possible if I discover any unauthorized use or disclosure of your confidential information and will take every reasonable action to help you regain control of your confidential information.

I will gladly let you review all your confidential information I have stored.

If you request it, I will delete any or all of your confidential information that I have stored as soon as practically possible. I will delete your confidential information by seven years after the last time I helped you unless you ask me to hold it longer.
